The Bryneer™ bulk salt storage and brine maker, is the most efficient brine system available today. The Bryneer™ was the first brining system that is completely designed and manufactured by a fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) fabricator. As a large fabricator of FRP vessels for a variety of applications, Plas-Tanks Industries, Inc., has the capability to customize systems to fit particular requirements for a given installation. Bryneer™ tanks are manufactured to current ASTM standards, using USDA-approved resins and are conditioned to meet food grade sanitary guidelines
Saturated sodium chloride brine produced in an automated FRP bulk storage brine maker, is ideal for distributing salt in industrial processes. It permits accurate volume metering, eliminates corrosion hazards and undesirable impurities. Most importantly, capital costs for brine systems are 20-30% of those for dry salt storage with lower operating costs.
On October 4, 2002, Plas-Tanks Industries, Inc. received NSF 61 certification for the Bryneer.
The Bryneer is widely used in water softening, food processes and in the generation of sodium hypochlorite, which is used in water disinfection processes. The NSF standard 61 was developed in an effort to control the potentially adverse health effects of products added directly to water for its treatment, storage, and transmission.
Plas-Tanks Industries has adopted this standard to better serve our customers and the 46 states that now require NSF certified products in their water treatment systems.
Plas-Tanks provides an exclusive two-year warranty backing for manufactured vessels.
Plas-Tanks Industries, Inc. is committed to protecting the environment.
